Background information that should be considered.
Having read comments already made about this application it is important to note that we already have an agreed planning application for 12 affordable homes next to Station Court 21/01302/FUL. This development also includes a further 4 bungalows 21/01303/FUL
Approval has also been made for a further 4 bungalows off South Back Lane ZB23/01194/FUL and the application for another 3 houses on Back Lane has gone to appeal.
The proposed development
The development is planned on the field recently cleared at the Alne Road end of the village as you can see here.
