Short Mat Bowls

A history of how the Bowls Club started is now in the History of Tollerton page. Our thanks go to Mr Knapton for this article.
We play Bowls  in the Kyle Valley triples league & The Vale Of York Pairs League from mid September to Easter and alternate weekends. We have match competitions representing the North Yorkshire County Team.
The Bowling Club has been going strong for over 20 years, and in that time has only lost the trophy
3 times. Quite and achievement! Look out in the Village Hall of all the winners.
Please come and join us! We need at least 10 players per team.

Mini Horticultural Show

This takes place on the 1st Sunday in September in the Black Horse Car Park.
Auction to commence 2pm
Auction, Raffle, Tombola and Scarecrow competition results.
Our thanks go to all who have freely given their time, and have made efforts to ensure that the Show is a continuing success.
Many thanks to our Landlord, Argrain Ltd for printing the programme and everyone who helps put the show together to make it the success that it is.
We must not forget to say thank you to the exhibitors without whom there would be no show.
